Checking in

I've been a bad blogger - last week has for some reason been very busy, with just little bits and pieces.

Things for me to do this weekend:

1) Send out emails to all sock club members with invites to the Club Blog! (i am sooo excited... little bits and pieces have started to arrive to the house... hee hee)

2) Take pictures of all the new yarn (6 boxes!!).

3) Send out newsletter with new yarn details, and shop YarnFlash time and date (advance notice for Socktopods for when the new yarn is going up)

4)And, as Picperfic has reminded me, I need to do a draw for a skein of Duet Yarns! I was going to wait until the yarn arrived, but no need not to prepare! :)

Meanwhile I have had a mean streak of startitis, and am halfway done my moebius cowl and nearly done my Noro stripey scarf (though I had to cut out a chunk from both of the last two balls - the colour was a pukey brown).

And.... big news.... next Wed is my last ever full time day of lawyering. In 1 week's time I will be unemployed self-employed. Scary/exciting at the same time.

Good Luck,
Although after ordering from you yesterday and receiving my yarn this morning I don't think you need it with such good service and wonderful products.
